Set out below are the terms and conditions on which  Pro Laser Hair Removal Ltd provides a service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatment.


Please note: All treatment sessions must be completed within 12 months after purchase.

Appointments and Cancellation Policy


All Practitioners at Pro Laser Hair Removal Ltd are trained and approved in accordance with the company’s treatment protocols. Although we try to ensure that your treatments are carried out by the same practitioner, we do not guarantee continued treatment with a specific therapist. 


48 hours notice must be given if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a loss of treatment from your prepaid course or your deposit being redeemed. Pro Laser Hair Removal Ltd send a courtesy reminder via SMS 24 - 48 hours prior to your appointment, however this is NOT to be seen as a reminder of your cancellation or reschedule period.


Pro Laser Hair Removal Ltd will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs according to arranged time, however, should we need to cancel your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.


Prior to your appointment, we would have informed you of any preparation required such as shaving, product removal, avoidance of sun exposure etc. Hairs need to be shaved in the treated area 24 hours prior appointment and failure to shave will incur a charge of £10 or treatment being forfeit.

 

Please be aware that if you arrive to your appointment and it is deemed unsafe to continue with your treatment by our staff due to tanning or recent sun exposure, you will forfeit your session.


Please be advised that makeup, deodorant, perfume and oil-based products must be removed before treatment. Practitioners will cleanse the area however we cannot be held responsible for all of the above products that may lay dormant in the skin pores and can cause an adverse reaction.


During the Laser treatment, you will be required to wear protective eyewear and you must follow all safety instructions given by the Laser Practitioner.


For the patient’s  record, photographs may be taken of the areas to be treated before, during and after completion of the treatment to track progression .


We are very strict with our clients Health and Safety, therefore, if you fall pregnant during a course of treatment, you must inform Pro Laser Hair Removal Ltd as soon as possible and failure to do so will result in the remainder of your treatments being forfeited.

Lateness Policy

 

Please arrive for your appointment at least 5 minutes in advance so you have time to get unchanged and the necessary paperwork can be completed.

If you have arrived late, it is not always possible for us to accommodate your full appointment which means your appointment time may have to be shortened or cancelled. We will always try to accommodate last minute changes if we can, however, this is only if the appointment is available for a later time.

Refund Policy


Please note that Pro Laser Hair Removal Ltd do not offer refunds on treatments or products. If you change your mind about a treatment you have purchased within 14 days, and you have not redeemed any sessions, we are happy to offer an exchange a credit note.


Please also note that this policy does not apply to retail products which have been used or opened. We do not offer refunds on retail products. If for any medical reason you are advised not to continue with your course of treatments, please obtain a medical report from your doctor. Sessions that have not already been redeemed will be refunded proportionally, and sessions that have already been redeemed will not be refunded.

Liability Policy


Pro Laser Hair Removal Ltd will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.


It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he/she provides us with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details. The client must agree to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Pro Laser Hair Removal Ltd regarding the care of a treated area.

Complaint Policy


We always try to give the best service possible, but there may be times where we have fallen short of your expectations. You are entitled to lodge a complaint, either verbally, by telephone or in writing. If you require assistance with making your complaint, we will be pleased to help.


The member of staff who initially receives the complaint will convey the details to the Clinic Manager or their designated deputy, and you will receive an email within three days of lodging the complaint that an investigation into the matter is underway.


During the course of the investigation, we may require you to attend an additional consultation meeting  with the practitioner involved in your treatment. If you are not satisfied with this initial attempt at resolution, or have any objection to being seen by this practitioner, the clinic’s manager will review your case.

Payment Policy


Correct payment must be received before treatments can be scheduled and commenced. If you refuse to make full payment in advance then we have the right to refuse your treatment. We do not allow clients to pay for treatments in instalments. 

​

Child Care Policy


Our staff is regrettably, not able to supervise children during treatments, for health and safety and insurance purposes. We politely ask you not to bring children along with you unless they are supervised by another adult.

​

Use of Credit


If you have received a voucher we will add it on your account as credit. The credit can be exchanged at face value for treatment packages only. No change will be given from this credit. The credit cannot be exchanged for cash.


If you have received a gift voucher from your friend or family which was purchased in our clinic, we will add it on your account as credit. The credit can be exchanged at face value for clinic services. No change will be given from this credit. The credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
